Our Covid-19 response: We know that the world is a crazy place right now. Our jobs, companies, co-workers, family celebrations – everything – it’s all up in the air and uncertain. You likely have questions and concerns. Frankly, so do we! And while we cannot reschedule canceled concerts you’ve been looking forward to or weddings you’ve been planning for months, we are here to do whatever we can to help you through the next weeks, months and even years.
We know that we are in this together and we are here for you, ready to help. Our team is working from home. We cannot tour facilities, but we have come up with a plan to allow our clients to see spaces. We are conducting virtual tours of properties and live remote tours when necessary. Our relationships with local brokers and landlords are key to making this work. We are still doing market research, lease reviews, financial analyses, and negotiations with landlords.
In addition, we have an amazing support team ready to help with legal issues, technology planning, human resource strategies, environmental quality assessments, health benefits and PTO reviews, as well as floor plan and common area evaluations. These are all areas of running your business that will have to be examined as we come out of this – and we are here to help!
Mostly though we want to make sure that you and your family are safe and healthy right now. Anything and everything we do is predicated on that hope. We miss working with you and can’t wait for better days ahead! In the meantime, we will do everything we can to get through this together! Our main covid-19 response?
