On Saturday, many friends, family and colleagues took time out of their busy schedules to make blankets for the homeless. We had an amazing turnout and the original basement party turned out to be fabric scattered all over my patio and backyard. Wonderful friends and their children showed up and we all worked together to create soft warm blankets for the homeless. It was great to see so many friends from the commercial real estate industry support this event.
The following week we were able to deliver the blankets to the homeless living along the North Shore of Pittsburgh. They went very quickly and each and every person that received one was truly grateful.
