About the evolve Leadership Innovation Award

Presented by evolve and Rise Pittsburgh, the Leadership Innovation Award recognizes executive business leaders whose innovation has significantly impacted the success of their business. This past year was challenging to say the least. We want to showcase those who were able to adapt, embrace change, and come out stronger. We’re looking for movers and shakers who have a story worth honoring. As we transition into what’s next, we hope these stories help inspire other leaders to make critical decisions about the future of work. Let’s continue to evolve together.

Requirements

Nominees must be executive-level. Made decisions or influenced change that has positively impacted their business or workforce. Can include areas such as employee engagement, revenue, productivity, employee satisfaction, sales, business development, .etc.

Judging and Recognition
Recipients will be selected by a panel of judges based on the online nominations. Winners will be announced in Fall 2021. Recipients of the Leadership Innovation Award may use the professional accolade as he or she wishes.
